Steve, Jazmyn, Patrick and team were wonderful and the customer service throughout the process was top notch (which is rare these days). Our refurbished awning and sunshades look amazing. We will definitely be using The Outside Shade Company again in the future.

We use Outside Shade Company for where I am employed, and they’ve been excellent to work with. If no one answers the phone, their AI system takes your message and all the necessary details, and they get back to you quickly. When you do speak with a live person, the customer service is great—you can tell it’s a family-owned business that truly cares. They show up when they say they will and are always on time, with plenty of manpower to get the job done. One shade was slightly oversized, and they came back the very next day to fix it—now everything looks great. Highly recommend.

The Outside Shade Company is top notch in every way. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their products and workmanship are excellent not to mention their customer service.
